Hurricane Isaac may have delayed the opening of the L’Auberge Casino & Hotel in Baton Rouge, but it didn’t dampen the excitement. The sounds of bells, clinking of coins, the rolling of dice and the cheers all took place at 2PM on Saturday, September 1, 2012 when the doors opened to the brand new $368 million casino entertainment complex overlooking the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge. More than 18,000 people came to eat, play and win and they’re still coming.
The new L’Auberge Casino & Hotel is just another great reason to visit Baton Rouge.
